Residential

If you’re like most San Diegans, you take pride in your home – and you take pride in doing your part for water conservation. The Water Authority offers numerous programs to help achieve water savings – both indoors and outdoors – while enhancing your living space. Check out the programs below and get started on a project or two with help from local experts and possibly a rebate to help cover the costs.

Programs & Incentives

Water use efficiency is a critical part of the region’s long-term strategy to ensure adequate supplies for a healthy economy and future generations.

A variety of water conservation programs and incentives are available to residential customers in the Water Authority’s service area. Funding for programs and incentives is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. In some cases, participants must secure a rebate reservation before making a purchase. Read each program description for details.
